It's a better place to be!

Rosie's movements - 2000...

Most of 2000 was spent around Rudheath, Northwich. I had taken winter moorings at Orchard Marina and up until April, I was either in the Marina, or moored up outside The Old Broken Cross, Rudheath.
At Easter I had a trip out to Nantwich, on the Shropshire Union Canal, and a couple of days at Wheelock on the Trent & Mersey. Late April I cruised to Lymm for one night! This was the furthest north I got in 2000!
May and June were spent beggering about between Anderton, Marston, Broken Cross and Middlewich on the Trent & Mersey. The Middlewich Boat and Folk Festival was superb.
In July I set off for Llangollen and had a great time (see "Trip Notes" page).
I got back to Broken Cross at the end of July in time for the Boat Festival there.
The rest of the year was then spent on the familiar Anderton, Marston, Broken Cross, shuttle run.
With the exception of the trip to Llangollen, 2000 was a tad boring as I seemed to spend most of my time in the same area. I was determined to get about a bit more in 2001!
